Good Sales Skills and Sales Experience (At Least 3-5 Years in Sales)
Good understanding of the Egyptian IT Market
Strong Customer connections
Knowledge of Oracle Technology Portfolio is a Plus
Experience in Software Sales is a Plus

ndustry Expertise:
Technology Solutions: A deep understanding of technology products, services, and solutions, particularly in cloud computing (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), IT infrastructure, or enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Cloud Industry Knowledge: Expertise in cloud solutions (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.), with a demonstrated ability to sell and deliver technology-based solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specific industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) may be beneficial depending on the company’s customer base.
Sales & Negotiation Skills:
Solution Selling: Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling, where the focus is on understanding the client’s business challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills, with experience in closing complex, high-value deals.
Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver high-level presentations and product demos to senior executives, demonstrating clear business value.
Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking:
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop account strategies that align with both customer needs and company objectives, driving sustainable growth.
Financial Literacy: Understanding of business metrics, P&L, and how to align solutions to meet clients' financial objectives.
Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying client issues and providing strategic solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency:
CRM Tools: Strong experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Sales Cloud, or similar tools to manage accounts, forecast sales, and track client interactions.
Sales Enablement Tools: Familiarity with sales tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation systems, and sales training platforms.
