- Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve the targeted outcomes.
- Develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies.
- Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, serving as the final point for escalations.
- Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external teams.
- Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and plan the execution of client domain strategy
- Track and implement standard recommendations for clients to enhance domain health, safety and usability of the Oracle Health products and services.
- Troubleshoot complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Analyze performance issues and identify and propose domain stability improvement strategies.
- Work with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility.
- Contribute to internal team value and improvements.
- Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex client engagements.
- Experience working with multiple solutions (preferably, Physician, Nursing) & other solutions, and integrated solution modules. At least 6+ years.
- Experience with Discern Rules, Operations Job, Olympus, Print Services, Clinical Reporting and basic CCL – Creation and Maintenance (investigation and modification/configuration).
- Provide integration oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Implementation/Support work experience, at least 3+ years.
- Health care information technology work, at least 3+ years.
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium. Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium and integrations.
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
- Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skill
- Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed and be available at client location when in need (during incidents and activities, plan for solution resources along with).
Expectations:
- Willing to work 100% from the client site (Doha, Qatar).
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
