Job Description
Job Title: Senior Manager Supply Chain System
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Washington DC/mclean VA
Position:
Senior Manager Supply Chain Systems for their Corporate IT. Position will be located in their McLean VA office.
Key Role:
Lead a team of functional and technical experts responsible for Companys global supply chain and procuretopay systems. Lead the design and continuous improvement of supply chain technologies to support the evolution of business needs and technology capabilities. Develop own and execute product roadmaps. Engage with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision strategy features and backlog prioritization. Maintain responsibility for leading discussions with the business to elicit system improvements translate functional requirements into technical specifications and devise the best technical solution for integrations and configurations to ensure system operability and scalability. Implement agile software development best practices to maintain and modernize systems. Oversee the development of integrations between supply chain systems and other internal and external systems within the Companys ecosystem. Review technical and business needs refine priorities outline milestones and deliverables and identify opportunities and risks. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
10 years of experience as a technical lead for a supply chain system including supply chain business processes such as inventory warehousing logistics sourcing and purchasing
6 years of experience with Product Management and building roadmaps
Experience with supply chain management analytics via an external reporting tool including Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of full procurement lifecycle including supplier management sourcing contracts purchase requisitions purchase orders invoicing catalogs and reporting
Ability to function as an Advisory Consultant for Supply Chain and Procurement teams on technology solutions to meet the firms business needs
Ability to collaborate closely with functional stakeholders end users and leads on configurations and solutioning modules with Ivalua
Ability to function as coach and mentor to team members
Bachelors degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) Manufacturing and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or Source to Pay (S2P) systems including Ivalua Coupa Oracle or SAP
Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques including Scrum JIRA or Confluence
Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and integration software including MuleSof
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
Possession of excellent leadership interpersonal and organizational skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills including giving presentations to business and technical leaders
