Our client is a leading tourism company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Develop inbound tour products tailored to the company s target customer segments.
- Establish and implement operational procedures and quality standards guiding team members to follow these processes effectively.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of service providers.
- Calculate and set pricing for tour service products.
- Plan and execute training programs on new products across the company s entire sales network.
- Monitor and assess business performance of products across all sales channels within the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather insights on product status and performance.
- Update and adjust product quality and pricing to enhance customer experience while maximizing benefits for the sales network and the company.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on personal and departmental activities.
Requirements
- College degree or higher.
- Proficiency in conversational English.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position.
- 2 years of experience in inbound tours with a strong understanding and ability to build effective inbound itineraries.
- Skilled in handling situations tactfully; quick diligent and responsive.
- Clear pleasant speaking voice; able to articulate clearly without any regional accents or speech impediments.
- Proficient in utilizing social media platforms effectively for work purposes.
