Schedule: MondayFriday; 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Vancouver Time
Responsibilities:
Active on "Live Chat" dealing with customers
Placing orders for customers through their account or ours depending on situation
Creating Product SKUs with accurate data entry.
Using AI to generate product descriptions based on description from staff and following template
Communicating with packaging team to troubleshoot issues with orders (wrong label missing items etc).
Dealing with complaints and issues by offering customers credit/coupons or other alternative to mitigate issues.
Generate Newsletters based off template with weekly updates.
Record payments and place orders in processing

Requirements:
- Experience in WooCommerce sites
- Proficient in managing live chat communications assisting customers with order placements and resolving complaints through proactive support including offering credits or discounts as needed.
- Experience creating and managing Product SKUs with high accuracy and attention to detail ensuring product information is correctly recorded.
- Ability to generate product descriptions using AI tools following provided templates and refining inputs from staff to create clear engaging content.
- Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams such as the packaging and fulfillment teams to address orderrelated issues such as mislabeled or missing items.
- Familiarity with order processing payment recording and weekly newsletter generation ensuring updates align with provided templates and organizational standards.
