Big Box Floating Retail Manager Job Cork
Are you an experienced Manager looking for an opportunity that offers a great worklife balance competitive salary excellent benefits and career progression Teamworx is delighted to be recruiting for a Big Box retail group that operates 33 stores across Munster.
The Designate Retail Manager is responsible for filling in as a Branch Manager when the presiding manager is out of office. The Designate Manager will be responsible for daytoday operations and performance of the store including sales staff customer experience security health & safety stock and resources management and the overall continuous improvement of the branch.
Our client is offering a generous salary of up to 50000 DOE with a great opportunity to earn a big annual bonus.

The requirements for this Designate Manager Job:
- Must drive and be flexible regarding your work location as you will be required to travel to different stores to fill managerial vacancies.
- Strong relevant product knowledge/track record in the sale of Agri / DYI / Hardware is a requirement of this role.
- At least 3 years of retail experience including direct people management experience.
- Proficient IT knowledge (excelemailPOS)
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers colleagues & stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen customer focus and commercial awareness.
