Job Description
Contract Manager
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage contracts associated with the delivery of multidisciplinary services for Dublins first metro project. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of clientside services maintaining high standards of quality and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
Qualifications :
- 6 years project management experience
- Precontract experience; postcontract will not be considered
- NEC practical experience 2years
- Experienced in managing multiple concurrent contracts.
- Local ability to work from client office 3 days per week.
- Clientside experience preferable
- Working knowledge of CEMAR preferable
- Strong communication attributes required chairing meetings risk reduction workshops contract performance reviews.
