About Us
Our client is a leading provider of heating and plumbing solutions in Ireland. They specialise in mechanical heating and plumbing installations on large developments as well as private residential heating system upgrades and maintenance. With a strong existing private customer base their goal is to grow this significantly over the next 2 years while ensuring reliable and highquality heating services across the country.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and resultsoriented Service & Maintenance Manager to grow their private customer base and drive the expansion of our service division. This role is ideal for an experienced professional in the heating and plumbing industry with a strong background in business development sales and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of private clients for their service department.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with homeowners landlords property management companies and developers.
Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that target new customers and retain existing ones.
Oversee customer service operations to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the service teams to enhance service offerings and pricing strategies.
Track key performance metrics and report progress on customer growth and revenue targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development sales or service management within the heating plumbing or HVAC industry.
Strong knowledge of heating systems including heat pumps and gas boilers.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in growing a client base.
A customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering highquality service.
A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
