Role Summary: As a Usability Researcher 3 with a focus on quantitative research methods you will play a crucial role in supporting usability research and user experience design. Your work will contribute to competitor benchmarking studies segmentation of the search engine userbase and providing quantitative research support to the usability research team. 4. What are the key responsibilities
Assist in designing and conducting quantitative research studies including surveys segmentation studies A/B tests and product analytics reviews.
Document the output of interviews and research activities in wellorganized and detailed notes.
Analyze quantitative data to identify patterns themes and opportunities for improvement.
Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure research insights are incorporated into the product development process.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
57 years of overall experience in the field of UX Research.
Proficiency in survey design and conducting quantitative research.
Experience analyzing qualitative data and deriving insights.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
Bachelors degree in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or equivalent training.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience working with search engines or geospatial tools.
Previous experience with segmentation studies A/B tests and product analytics reviews.
Proficiency in quantitative data analysis tools such as R or SPSS.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite Figma and Qualtrics.
