Job description
To succeed in this role you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human Factors Engineering HumanComputer Interaction (HCI) Design Research or related discipline or equivalent professional training experience
- Experience with Usability standards and guidelines such as IEC 62366 FDA Guidance for HumanFactors and HE75
- Experience with humancantered design methods such as focus groups interviews contextual inquiries usability evaluation documentation and reporting
- Demonstrable usability experience from relevant companies agencies institutions or own consultancy
- Independently working on project activities with a good understanding of budget and time constraints driving efficiency and facilitating design quality reviews
- Working together with or consulting business stakeholders actively managing relationships challenging the status quo to drive innovation and stepping up for the user
- Fluency in English
