Job Description
Develop talent pipelines of highquality candidates to support our growing business needs across multiple global geographies
Identify and engage the best tech and nontech talent to be part of our network
Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to determine position requirements and search strategies
Work collaboratively with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies
Search traditional and nontraditional sources such as job boards lists search engines social media etc.
Qualifications :
At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Experienced in traditional and nontraditional sourcing techniques
Ability to work independently but as part of an international team
Strong service orientation sense of urgency and quality along with a high level of flexibility creativity pragmatism and personal drive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail
At least an UpperIntermediate level of English
