Qualifications :
At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Experienced in traditional and nontraditional sourcing techniques
Ability to work independently but as part of an international team
Strong service orientation sense of urgency and quality along with a high level of flexibility creativity pragmatism and personal drive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail
At least an UpperIntermediate level of English
