About the role:

The Sales Team Leader will oversee the performance of the sales team ensuring the achievement of company sales goals and objectives. This role involves managing the daytoday operations of Sales Agents providing guidance training and support and fostering a productive and positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales excellent leadership skills and a passion for helping patients receive the best possible care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and

Provide coaching and feedback to Sales Agents to improve performance and skill levels.
Manage team scheduling to ensure 100% frontline availability and coverage across all communication channels including phone WhatsApp live chat social media and email.

Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to maximize lead conversion and booking rates.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics including revenue estimated gross booking value (EGBV) and cancellation/noshow rates.

Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance the sales process and customer experience.

Ensure the team provides excellent customer service responding swiftly and courteously to patient inquiries and complaints.

Oversee the coordination of appointment bookings between dental/medical providers and patients ensuring accuracy and timely followup.

Support Sales Agents in upgrading patients to highervalue treatments and promoting available discounts and promotions.

Ensure accurate capture and documentation of patient information in the Zoho CRM tool maintaining a 95% accuracy rate for tags notes and followup tasks.

Monitor daily sales funnel activities conversions and projections providing regular reports to senior management.

Collaborate with other departments including Sales Managers Marketing Content and Supply to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives.

Facilitate regular training and coaching sessions to keep the team updated on best practices and new product offerings.

Provide ongoing training on the Best Practice System (BPS) documentation and training materials.


ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED

Attend regular team meetings

Weekend availability according to shift schedule (5 days on 2 days off)

Early/late availability according to shift schedule

Communicate with team members via phone web conference and email

Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.

Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc. s sales and revenues objectives

Help build the world s largest global medical marketplace



Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

35 years proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or similar role in a remote sales environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts as required.

Strong analytical skills and a resultsdriven approach.

Fluent in English (verbal and written) *need2have*

Ability to handle high volume of email phone chat social media traffic simultaneously (leads & prospects)

Experience meeting or beating sales targets

Proven experience being in the top tier of sales performance at your previous employers

Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook Word Excel Teams Chat) or Google Business suite (Gmail Calendar Meet Docs Drive) CRM (Zoho Zendesk Salesforce SugarCRM Freshworks) phones (Twilio RingCentral Dialpad CallTrackingMetrics T ollfreeforwarding) chat (LiveChat Olark

Job Requirements: 3 - 5+ years of Sales experience in English. 3 - 5 years experience in a Medical environment (Hospital/Clinic or recognized healthcare establishment) Ability to handle a high volume of email, phone, chat, and social media traffic (leads & prospects) in English. Fluent in English (verbal and written). High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems. Excellent phone skills. Travel savvy; must have international travel experience. Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel & use of CRM/CMS systems. Impeccable written communication skills with a 40+ WPM typing ability. Ability to work responsibly, and productively from a remote home-office environment and good time management. Experience working with clientele of diverse ages backgrounds, experience with elderly clients is a plus. Weekend availability is a must, according to the shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off). +50 hours weekly charge Excellent overall communication skills and Powerful collaboration skills. A proven track record of successful sales experience is preferred. Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical procedures & terminology (must have).
