Build a strategic relationship with top 100 retail and ecommerce brands from Turkey with minimum annual revenue of $50Million.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Retail Crossborder Commerce division.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions tailored to client needs.
Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development and product enhancement.
Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and insights to senior management to inform decisionmaking and strategy development.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the technology or ecommerce industry.
Strong understanding of retail crossborder commerce dynamics and market trends.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Strategic thinker with a resualtsoriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
