  • Identify business opportunities in the translation industry by hunting for and qualifying prospects while evaluating their position in the market.

  • Execute outbound campaigns (email calls LinkedIn) to generate meetings and establish connections with potential clients.

  • Build strong relationships and recommend our translation services through a consultative approach.

  • Liaise with senior management product and operations teams to communicate client needs and requirements effectively.

  • Meet monthly targets for qualified meetings and bookings.

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM and provide weekly updates on progress toward goals.

  • Be assessed on the quality of your sales pipeline and CRM data integrity.

  • Forecast and track key sales metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Compensation will include a base salary along with an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.



Requirements

  • Must have 3 years Sales experience in the US and EU Market.

  • A selfstarter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.

  • A hard worker who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure client satisfaction.

  • An overachiever who can exceed sales targets quarter on quarter and over deliver in all aspects of the defined role.

Understanding the type of inquiry, responding to them on time, and service oriented manner. (Inbound Sales) Establish, maintain, and leverage client relationships time to time. Oversee projects from client acquisition to coordination with the operations team and delivery of the final project to clients. Be the point of contact between the client and internal teams, and responsible for accurately conveying the client s requirement to the internal teams. Ensure ongoing support for customer satisfaction and retention. Effectively manage accounts/client relationships through various activities such as, Email, Meetings, LinkedIn reach out, and Calls. Be open to learning and utilising the latest technologies, services and tools. Respond to consumer issues that are brought to your notice and promptly address them. Should be responsible to handle client calls and interpretation events as and when required. Attending an event, being the main POC between the client and vendors throughout the event. Once the event is confirmed, create a project task and do the needful. Keeping track of the events and creating reports every month. Maintaining Vendor Database and building relationships with Vendors. Contacting Vendors as and when the event is scheduled and should be able to judge the right vendors for the event. Getting on Vendor Calls to understand their expectations and match our requirements. Understanding the event details of the client, arranging Interpreters, and necessary documents (NDA/Agreement), and attending the specific event. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new vendors through regular communication, feedback, and further development plans. Customer-oriented personality. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong email writing abilities. Proactive approach with the capability to manage, organise, and prioritise workloads independently. Comfortable with participating in video meetings, recordings, and demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills. Team worker and ready to meet client s expectations as promised (This includes working on weekends (if needed and urgent). Prepared to work on a target basis once the probationary period is completed. Well - versed with platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, and Webex. Experience: Prior 1 2 years of experience in the localisation industry and handling B2B clients. Shift Timings: 1 pm 10 pm IST (UK Shift).
