About the Company

Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools network services and telecommunication related needs. Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Product Manager to drive the promotion growth and success of our enterprise product solutions within the Indonesian market. This role will require an indepth understanding of the ICT industry and competitive landscape strong product expertise and a passion for building client relationships and market presence. You will be responsible for both strategic planning and handson implementation ensuring our solutions meet client needs and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion and Client Relations: Champion our product solutions in the Indonesian Enterprise Market positioning them as essential tools for industry clients. Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Strategy and Branding: Develop and support market branding initiatives in the enterprise business area increasing awareness and visibility through targeted branding actions. Attend and participate in industry events technology forums and presentations to reinforce market presence.

  • Competitive Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough competitor tracking developing alternative strategies to maintain competitiveness. Offer market insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Sales Team Enablement: Facilitate knowledge transfer and product training for sales team members empowering them to effectively present and sell solutions to customers. Engage in product presentations to clients emphasizing unique selling points and benefits.

  • LongTerm Product Planning: Establish the strategic direction targets path and pacing for enterprise product development over a 23 year horizon. Define resource needs including team capabilities and marketing investments to support growth objectives.

  • Solution Competitiveness and Customization: Take responsibility for the competitiveness of our enterprise solutions providing guidance to address customer requirements and differentiating from competitors. Lead the team in delivering customized and scenariobased solutions.

  • IFP Product Promotion: Drive awareness and understanding of IFP (Touch Display) technology particularly the IdeaHub among stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or a related ICT field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years in product/solution sales within the ICT industry particularly in the enterprise sector.
    • At least 3 years in a telecommunications company or related field ideally managing products similar to those offered in our portfolio.
    • Previous experience as a Channel Manager IndustrySpecific Sales AM (especially in Education and Ministry sectors) or Presales Product Manager.
  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Proficient with enterprise network architectures routers switches and a variety of network protocols (IGP/BGP/SR/MPLS/SRv6/L2VPN/L3VPN).
    • Familiar with IFP (Touch Display) technology and the IdeaHub platform.
    • Indepth understanding of the current network composition within Indonesia with a strong grasp of the strengths and weaknesses of mainstream vendors.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication negotiation and collaboration abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders across the industry.

  • Industry Insight: Knowledgeable about the local industry ecosystem with a degree of influence within the field.

  • Project and Transaction Management: Demonstrated ability to lead endtoend project operations from lead generation to solution deployment ensuring successful project execution. Proficient in commercial strategy pricing management and achieving profit targets.
