Job Description
- Design implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes across our platform.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code to automate the provisioning and management of our cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance and implement solutions to enhance reliability security and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle.
- Ensure that all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform Ansible or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure including networking security and automation.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies (e.g. Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana or ELK stack.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on performance optimization and automation.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in integrating or implementing Mambu, specifically focusing on Savings products. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex integration projects in the financial services sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as.Net, Python, or Node.js. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Hands-on experience with Mambu APIs and customization of Mambu s core banking modules. Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of banking products, particularly Savings, and how they are structured and managed within Mambu. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders. Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Are you the perfect fit?
