Job Summary:
The Weiner Agency is seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of working on a fulltime or parttime basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are selfmotivated have excellent communication skills and are passionate about making a difference in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients insurance requirements
- Present and explain insurance policies to potential clients
- NO COLD CALLING
Qualifications:
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- At least 18 years old
- 100% commission
