What Youll Do:
Student Progress Monitoring:
- Monitor and assess the academic and career development of students.
- Provide regular feedback to students to improve their employability.

- Assist students with resume building interview preparation and job search strategies.
- Offer guidance to help students achieve their career aspirations and secure employment opportunities.

- Match students with appropriate job roles and career opportunities based on their skills and aspirations.

- Collaborate effectively with students recruiters and crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of placement activities.
- Organize workshops masterclasses placement drives and networking sessions to connect students with industry professionals and enhance their job prospects.

Requirements
Who You Are:
MustHave:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students and stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate with teams.
- Analytical abilities to assess student progress and align them with relevant job roles.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets Docs Slides etc.).
Should Have:
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their career development.
- Prior experience in career counseling training or placement services.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
Educational Background:
- A bachelor s degree in any field.
Location Preference:
- Candidates residing in Mumbai will be given preference.
