About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Senior Management Trainee to join our IT Sales team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for sales and technology who are eager to develop their skills in IT sales client relationship management and strategic planning. As a Senior Management Trainee you will undergo a structured training program gaining handson experience in IT sales and exposure to highlevel strategies to drive business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior sales leaders learn about cuttingedge IT solutions and build a foundation for a career in technology sales.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the companys IT products and services including their features benefits and potential use cases.
- Support the sales team in prospecting lead generation and qualification of potential clients.
- Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations proposals and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with senior sales managers to develop and implement sales strategies including market analysis and targeting key industry segments.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Track sales activities document client interactions and manage leads in CRM systems.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide insights to the sales and product development teams.
- Participate in training sessions workshops and mentoring programs to gain a deeper understanding of IT sales best practices and strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business IT Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT sales and technology solutions.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fastpaced sales environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience or internships in sales marketing or customer service.
- Knowledge of IT solutions and an understanding of industry trends.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts.

3+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or a related role in IT. Familiarity with resource planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple resource needs in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments. Analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions regarding resource allocation and utilization.
Education
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
