The role demands for execution of these deliverables: Obtain better brand recognition ensure business growth researching planning and implementing new market initiatives.
Job Purpose
Help the company obtain better brand recognition and financial growth while coordinating with company executives sales and marketing professionals to review current market trends and propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
Key roles and Responsibilities:
Revenue generation & Growth
- Join the hunting agenda by acquiring new clients or new opportunities from existing clients.
- Researching planning and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Researching prospective accounts in the target markets
- Constantly analyzing business performance against targets and seek to bridge variance
Building great and genuine relationships
- Leading the implementation of strategies to ensuring EARS is top in clients and customers minds.
- Constantly looking for opportunities to add value to our client s brands
- Have regular formal and informal meetings to propose new ideas
- Attending conferences and industry events
Finance and Planning
- Participate in business planning and target setting.
- To ensure all projects are costed profitably.
- Ensure timely revenue collection.
Requirements
Quali cation: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business marketing or a related field
Experience: Sales experience in a commercial entity in the Broadcasting Advertising and PR space.
