Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced App & CRM Developer to work parttime and collaborate with our team in designing developing and implementing a robust health application and CRM solution. The goal is to create a seamless userfriendly app that integrates with a CRM system (e.g. HubSpotlike features) to manage customer support track engagement and optimize client communications. This role is ideal for a techsavvy individual with a strong background in app development CRM systems and a passion for improving healthcare experiences.
Key Responsibilities

App Development
- Lead the development of a healthfocused app with features such as user profile management health tracking appointment scheduling and resource libraries.
- Design and implement a userfriendly interface (UI/UX) ensuring seamless navigation accessibility and high user engagement.
- Integrate secure login and data encryption to protect sensitive health data complying with industry regulations like HIPAA and GDPR.
- Collaborate with the team to define app functionalities integrating wellnessfocused tools notifications and user metrics.

CRM System Design and Integration
- Design and implement a CRM system that functions similarly to HubSpot to track customer support queries automate responses and manage user engagement.
- Create features that allow for efficient tracking of client interactions followups and feedback management.
- Develop a query management system to enable automated responses to frequently asked questions and streamline support processes.
- Ensure CRM integration with the app to provide a cohesive experience for tracking user queries and health metrics.

User Experience & Functionality
- Develop app and CRM features that prioritize usability with a focus on creating intuitive workflows for both clients and internal teams.
- Implement reporting and analytics tools to provide insights into user engagement health trends and customer support needs.
- Enable customization options for users to personalize their experience including health goal setting reminders and tailored recommendations.

System Maintenance and Optimization
- Ensure the app and CRM are responsive secure and optimized for performance across various devices and operating systems.
- Perform regular updates debugging and troubleshooting to improve system functionality and resolve issues.
- Monitor app performance and usage data making recommendations for enhancements to improve the client experience.

Collaboration and Documentation
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Customer Support and Product Development to ensure app and CRM alignment with business goals.
- Document all development processes integrations and system configurations to enable efficient maintenance and future updates.
- Provide training sessions or materials to internal teams on how to use the CRM and app features effectively.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (3 years) in app development specifically in health or wellnessfocused applications is strongly preferred.
- CRM Expertise: Indepth knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc.) and experience building or customizing CRM functionalities to manage customer queries and track client engagement.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Java Swift Python JavaScript) for app development and CRM integration.
- UI/UX Design: Demonstrated experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that prioritize user experience and accessibility.
- Security and Compliance: Familiarity with data security standards (e.g. HIPAA GDPR) and experience implementing secure systems for handling healthrelated information.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple aspects of app and CRM development within a parttime commitment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and provide clear documentation and training.
