LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINESBASED CANDIDATES
Position : Web 3 Business Developer
Working Schedule : 8a5p EST Schedule can be set by candidate and client is extremely flexible to accommodate as long as KPIs and Metrics are being met.
Salary Range : $2000$2250 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive game launches and growth through partnerships marketing and community engagement.
- Build and nurture relationships with game studios blockchain projects and influencers.
- Lead client calls and presentations explaining blockchain gaming concepts in a clear commercial manner.
- Publishing Deals: Manages and negotiates agreements for Web3 gaming publishing.
- Web3 Tech & Strategy: Requires a strong understanding of blockchain gaming marketing and user acquisition.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensures a smooth transition and ongoing success for published games.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience including extensive hobbyist or professional work.
- Strong knowledge of Web3 gaming blockchain ecosystems and gotomarket strategies.
- Experience in business development client relations or partnership management.
- Experience in marketing user acquisition and community engagement for gaming or blockchain projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills for managing and securing publishing agreements.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex blockchain gaming concepts in a clear and businessfocused manner.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
