Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our bank clients. This is a 1099 contractor position ideal for individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Respond promptly to incoming calls and inquiries from bank clients addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide information on banking products and services account management and troubleshooting issues.
Assist customers with transactions including deposits withdrawals and account adjustments while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
Stay updated on bank policies procedures and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products and services to effectively assist clients.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by actively listening and empathizing with clients needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Compensation:
This is a contract position offering competitive hourly rates based on experience and performance.
