Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist Italianspeaking customers via phone email or chat ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- ProblemSolving: Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints or technical issues in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with company products services and policies to provide accurate information.
- Communication: Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and processes.
Requirements
- Languages:
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Tech Skills:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or customer service platforms (training provided).
- Experience:
- No prior experience is necessary but previous customer service experience is a plus.
