Job Description
As an LPN with us youll have the opportunity to make a real difference by:

Providing PersonCentered Care: Assess and address the health needs of a dedicated group of patients/residents helping them to live healthier more comfortable lives.

Building Care Plans: Work closely with patients and their families creating personalized care plans tailored to individual needs and wellness goals.

Collaborating with a Skilled Team: Partner with Registered Nurses and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated compassionate care.

Assuming Leadership When Needed: Take on charge nurse duties guiding other team members and fostering a positive supportive environment for patients and staff alike.
What Were Looking For:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certification
-
Missouri State License or ability to get one before starting employment

At least One year of experience in hospice homecare geriatrics skilled nursing or longterm care

Compassion and Dedication: You bring empathy and a passion for promoting wellness.

ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to identify plan for and address the unique needs of each patient.

TeamOriented: You enjoy collaborating with others to provide the highest standard of care.

- Weekend option contracts are work 24 (2 12s on Saturday & Sunday) get paid 32 hours
