Job Description:
ESO Consultants is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join its general medical/surgical units. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic supportive environment and contribute to exceptional patient care.
Unit Details:
- Units: 4500/5500 General Med/Surg units.
- Support: Work under RN supervision while taking independent patient assignments.
- Staffing Need:
- 5 Day/Night Rotations
- 2 DayOnly Positions
- 3 NightOnly Positions
- Shifts: 3x12hour or 4x12hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a med/surg environment with RN support.
- Administer medications monitor vital signs and perform routine assessments.
- Document patient care and progress using the Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.

Requirements:
- License: New York LPN license in hand (required).
- Experience: Hospital experience within the last 2 years (required).
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be available for rotating schedules as required.
- Certifications: BLS (preferred).
Additional Details:
- Block Schedules: Not available.
- Scrub Color: Any combination of navy and white.
