Job Description
Deployment:
- Load USD image on 23 different ATM machines.
- Monitor behavior and report errors wrong screen flows beeping sounds blank screens reading ATM diagnostic screens
- ATM configuration
- Support QA with different ATM configuration settings.
- Loading fake cash receipts statement papers to ATM
- Request new IP Address for new ATM as required
Maintenance:
- Updating Configuration Repository database as per request from QA.
- Configure Cash dispenser fix jams or reset various devices on ATM
- Maintain different code level on multiple Aconnex environment.
- Support Aconnex Crosscheck so QA can do their unit testing in house.
- Make sure crosscheck is always available and Script are running.
Triage:
- Troubleshoot when a transaction from the ATM is not working as in supposed to
- Send service request to NCR support when an issue cannot be resolved.
