This is a remote position.
We are seeking organized motivated and communicationsavvy individuals who are eager to grow in the travel industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with access to training mentorship and ongoing support to help you succeed!
As a Cruise Planner in Fancy and Fun Travel you ll help clients plan their dream cruises while working in a dynamic commissionbased role with the potential to earn a lucrative income and enjoy exclusive travel perks.
Responsibilities
**Client Interaction:Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients travel preferences needs and budget and recommend suitable cruise options.
**Supplier Communication: Stay in constant contact with cruise lines hotels and other travel suppliers to stay uptodate on the latest deals promotions and destination options.
**Cruise & Destination Expertise: Keep current on seasonal cruise offers itineraries and destinations to advise clients accurately and efficiently.
**Booking & Planning:Assist clients with cruise reservations cabin selections shore excursions travel insurance and any other travelrelated services.
**Social Media & Marketing: Leverage social media platforms to promote cruise deals build your client base and enhance brand visibility. (Experience with social media is a plus!)
**Organization: Manage client schedules bookings and travel documentation efficiently ensuring a smooth and stressfree experience from start to finish.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear professional and engaging communication with both clients and suppliers.
Organizational Skills: Ability to stay on top of multiple tasks clients and bookings while ensuring no detail is overlooked.
TechSavvy: Must have a computer and stable internet connection to perform job duties effectively.
Social Media Knowledge (Preferred):Understanding of how social media works particularly in relation to marketing and client engagement.
CustomerCentric: A genuine interest in helping people plan memorable vacations and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.
Requirements
Work Eligibility: Must have a valid work visa or be a citizen of the USA France Italy Canada Puerto Rico UK Argentina or Colombia.
Age: Must be 18 years or older.
Motivation & Commitment: Selfdriven.
