Job Description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Consultation: Connect with couples to understand their vision for their dream destination wedding including preferences budget and guest requirements.
Venue Selection: Research and recommend stunning wedding venues in desired locations considering scenery amenities and capacity.
Travel Coordination: Coordinate all travel logistics for the wedding party and guests including flights accommodation transportation and activities.
Legal Compliance: Navigate the legal requirements and documentation for hosting a destination wedding in various locations ensuring compliance and peace of mind.
Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to wedding guests assisting with travel arrangements accommodation and itinerary planning.
Budget Management: Help couples stay within budget by negotiating rates sourcing discounts and offering costeffective solutions without compromising quality.
