Position Overview:
We are looking for a Remote Travel Coordinator to assist our clients in organizing and booking travel arrangements including flights accommodations and activities. This role is ideal for individuals who love travel enjoy helping people and want the freedom to work from anywhere. No prior experience is necessary free training is provided!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in booking flights hotels car rentals and other travel services.
- Provide tailored travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
- Prepare detailed itineraries confirmations and travel documents.
- Handle client inquiries through phone email and online chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist with any travel changes cancellations or issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on destination information travel trends and exclusive offers.
Required Skills:
- Customer Service: Dedication to providing outstanding service and handling any client concerns.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for professional client interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy with bookings and manage all trip details.

- TechSavvy: Able to use a laptop phone or tablet.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary free training provided.
