Job Summary
As an HR Executive at Marham you will play a key role in implementing HR policies managing recruitment and supporting overall employee relations. You ll be responsible for handling various administrative tasks assisting with employee engagement and ensuring smooth daily HR operations aligned with Marham s values and mission.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads to understand recruitment needs.
- Post job openings on various platforms screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a positive experience.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Support the HR team in conflict resolution and conduct exit interviews.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment.
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes.
- Work with managers to support employee performance and growth.
- Maintain records of appraisals and employee feedback.
HR Administration
- Manage HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee attendance leave records and employee documentation.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities like teambuilding events and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to promote Marham s core values across all teams.
- Conduct surveys and gather employee feedback to continuously improve workplace culture.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Keep abreast of labor laws and update HR practices accordingly.
- Support audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping for regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of HR experience preferably in a healthcare or tech environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- High attention to detail confidentiality and ethical conduct.
