This is a remote position.
As a valued member of this design team you will work across various project sectors to provide documentation necessary for the project. The role will focus on producing highquality working and construction drawings and collaborate closely with our Australian team. Deliverables are the production of architectural drawings to various levels of detail to meet the client and project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Project Documentation: Assist the design team in creating detailed work drawings and architectural construction documentation translating design intent into technical drawings.
- Design Support: Collaborate closely with the design team translating design concepts into accurate and detailed documentation that aligns with the project s creative vision.
- Standards and Quality: Ensure that all project documentation adheres to industry standards and company quality expectations with a focus on design quality and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team project leaders and directors to ensure that the documentation reflect the project s creative and functional goals and brief.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships and facilitate effective communication with management and coworkers to contribute to discussion and monitoring of workflows deadlines and deliverables.
- Software: Experienced with Revit and Enscape 3D and using adobe creative suite including Photoshop and InDesign is an advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting design teams with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
- Strong knowledge of Revit (is preferred) including family creation template setup and model management.
- Understanding of construction processes and methodologies including Industry Codes and Australian Standards.
- Excellent communication collaboration and organisational skills with the ability to be an active team participant.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design and documentation workflows.
