Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality instruction in Business Studies in line with the CBSE curriculum for secondary school students.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the CBSE standards and guidelines.
- Foster critical thinking and problemsolving skills through interactive and practical business scenarios.
- Assess and evaluate students progress through assignments tests and exams ensuring alignment with the CBSE examination format.
- Prepare students for CBSE board exams ensuring a thorough understanding of business concepts and application.
- Provide academic support and counseling to students where necessary.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience and integrate the CBSE curriculum effectively.
- Organize extracurricular activities seminars or workshops that complement classroom teaching and align with the CBSE objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the CBSE curriculum and integrate relevant changes into teaching practices.
- Attend staff meetings parentteacher conferences and professional development sessions as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Studies Commerce Economics or a related field.
- Teaching certification and experience in Business Studies preferably in a CBSE school.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE Business Studies syllabus and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to engage students and create a dynamic learning environment.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience in a similar role at a reputed institution.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technology integration in classrooms.
- Ability to organize businessrelated extracurricular activities or clubs.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills. Strong passion for education and fostering a love for Social Science in young learners Should have good knowledge of subject with good experience. Students handling skills in the classroom.
