As the Assistant Marketing Automation Manager / Team Lead based in Lower Parel Mumbai you will be instrumental in developing and managing retentionfocused campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This role includes overseeing automation tools creating impactful campaigns and driving strategies for sustained customer relationships. You ll collaborate crossfunctionally to maintain high standards across all campaigns and initiatives.
What Youll Do:
Marketing Automation and Campaign Management:
- Oversee the use and optimization of marketing automation tools like MoEngage WebEngage and similar platforms.
- Design and execute automated customer journeys aimed at maximizing retention and engagement across multiple channels.
Customer Retention Strategy and Execution:
- Assist in creating and implementing multichannel retention strategies to engage customers at various stages of their journey.
- Craft compelling content for cold emails followups and drip campaigns driving meaningful customer engagement.
Team Collaboration:
- Lead and collaborate closely with the retention marketing team to manage campaigns and align on project goals.
- Offer guidance and support to achieve team objectives and optimize retention efforts.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze email and other campaign metrics focusing on improving key performance indicators such as open rates and clickthrough rates.
- Provide insights based on data for ongoing optimization and effectiveness of retention strategies.
Requirements
Who You Are:
MustHave:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retention marketing particularly in multichannel strategies and campaign execution.
- Technical Skills: Handson experience with marketing automation tools like MoEngage WebEngage SFMC or similar platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of campaign performance analysis with experience in optimizing metrics such as open rates and engagement rates.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a knack for crafting engaging content.
- Team Collaboration: Proven track record of working collaboratively with team members to optimize performance and achieve growth.
- Data Proficiency: Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel including VLOOKUP Pivots and SUMIFS functions.
Should Have:
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to contribute to designing comprehensive retention strategies across channels like Email SMS and WhatsApp.
- Customer Journeys: Proficient in creating customer lifecycle journeys to engage customers at different stages.
- Referral Program Management: Experience supporting referral programs to increase loyalty and engagement.
