Roles:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility promote labgrown diamond jewellery and drive sales growth.
Oversee diverse marketing initiatives including digital advertising social media campaigns email marketing influencer collaborations and promotional events.
Collaborate with the Brand Strategist to align marketing efforts with the overall brand vision and positioning.
Conduct market research to analyze trends customer preferences and competitive landscape leveraging insights to identify growth opportunities.
Define marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) monitor progress and prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners agencies and influencers to amplify brand reach and effectiveness.
Lead the creation of engaging and impactful content across all channels to resonate with the target audience.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging marketing tools and platforms to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
Foster collaboration across teams including sales design and product development to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Datadriven mindset with expertise in analysing marketing metrics and deriving actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide a team effectively.
Creativity combined with strategic thinking to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms analytics tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
