Open Position: Plant Team Lead
A multinational manufacturing company is looking to hire a Plant Team Lead to join their team based in Penang.
Key responsibilities include:
Hold a Bachelors Degree/Masters in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with more than 10 years of experience in process engineering.
Efficient time management organization analytical and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to support crossfunctional collaboration and initiatives.
Proven record as a team player and positive attitude toward multicultural working environment.
Able to work independently with little supervision and open to travel frequently.
