Job Description
Understanding user and management requirements of ERP
Plan Monitor and ensure smooth transition of various projects
Entire Program management of internal delivery teams third party associates client s to ensure timely delivery of the projects
Periodic Project reviews reporting & Signoffs from associates & clients
Handling user relations & escalations
Requirements
Skills Required
Consulting background
Knowledge of business processes in various industry verticals with good knowledge of Finanace GST & TDS modules
Excellent Project management skills
Good team management & leadership qualities with experience in managing multiple teams vendor stakeholders.
Previous experience in SAP ERP or any other ERP
Excellent client facing & Communication skills
Ability to tackle work pressure and quality to handle escalations
Excellent attitude to resolve ambiguity
ANY ERP with 10+ year experience
