Position: Bookkeeper

Job Type: Fulltime Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 30minute paid break
Position Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy across our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and spot discrepancies effectively. This role requires collaboration with clients managers and other departments so excellent communication skills are essential. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks Online (QBO) QuickBooks (QB) and payroll systems is necessary for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records ensuring all data entries are uptodate and compliant with company policies.
- Reconcile bank accounts regularly identifying and explaining discrepancies between bank balances and statements.
- Utilize accounting software (QBO QB and payroll systems) to process financial transactions and maintain records.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients managers and other departments to support financial transparency and alignment.
- Develop and maintain efficient financial recordkeeping processes to improve the accuracy and accessibility of financial data.
