Step into a key role as an organized and proactive Office Administrator with a growing financial services provider in Limassol. In this role you will support smooth daily operations by managing office logistics coordinating essential administrative tasks and fostering an efficient workspace for the team.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Manage daily office operations from organizing supplies to coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance
- Handle professional correspondence including calls emails and other communications ensuring a streamlined office environment for the team
- Maintain accurate records for transactions contracts and financial documentation
- Assist with data entry tasks to ensure uptodate and errorfree information across system
- Work closely with finance HR and IT teams to support crossfunctional projects and needs
- Assist in planning meetings conferences and company events
- Support account management including updating client records and processing documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating with the compliance team.
- Assist team members and management with administrative needs
- Coordinate office repairs cleaning services and supplies ensuring a safe and wellmaintained workspace
What Youll Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role preferably within the financial or forex sector
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and general familiarity with office management software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
