Position: Customer Support Agent (Japanese)

Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists customers to open trading accounts
- Answering emails amending existing accounts maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments
- Handles welcome calls/callback requests
- Maintains contact with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Provides general information regarding platforms and services offered
- Handling of backoffice queries
- Supporting clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
- Dealing with customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Providing support and troubleshooting on Meta Trader platforms
- Liaising with all departments to resolve issues
- Suggests ideas and actions to develop the market
- Coordinates with the marketing departments in regards to planning seminars expos and translations of certain campaigns
- Forward any issues or requests to the head of the department and/or the appropriate department
- Educates the customer where applicable
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated with a College/University degree
- Qualifications in economics/ finance or any related field is a plus
- Native / fluent in Japanese and fluent in English both verbal and written
- Relevant experience background in the forex industry would be considered as an advantage
- Flexible to work on a weekly rotating shift 24/7 (morning/ afternoon/ night). 40 hours a week 2 days off per week
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong experience using MS Office applications
- Experience with working with CRM Systems Chat and email systems to monitor performance
- Experience with trading platforms will be considered as an advantage
- Works independently and as a part of a team with a willingness to ensure results are achieved
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in an officebased environment.
