Job Title: Customer Support Advisor (German)
Location: Athens (OnSite)
Languages Required: German (Native or Fluent)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Level: Junior
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone email or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries product information and issue resolution.
- Provide clear and helpful instructions to address customer concerns.
- Log customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex issues.
- Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required (Junior level).
- Skills: Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused approach.
- Location: Must be based in Athens as no relocation assistance is available.
