About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Roofing Foreman to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll take ownership of overseeing roofing projects from start to finish ensuring work is completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Your Mission:
- Project Management:
- Under limited supervision perform multiple duties related to the management and oversight of the daytoday field operations of any given construction project.
- Communicate project milestones and timeline for completion with the Project Management Team Owners Subcontractors Architects Engineers and Office Staff.
- Oversee the entire operation of the construction site.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise teams of independent roofing and siding contractors providing guidance and support to ensure highquality workmanship.
- Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project progress and address any issues.
- Quality Control:
- Monitor work performance to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Conduct inspections and quality assessments at various stages of the project.
- Safety Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all contractor members adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct safety training sessions and ensure proper use of protective equipment.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets effectively.
- Track project expenses and report on financial status to management.
- ProblemSolving:
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process coordinating with relevant parties as necessary.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and delays.

- Tracking project expenses and reporting financial status to management.
- ProblemSolving and Risk Mitigation:
- Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
- Implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a roofing foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials techniques and safety standards.
- Experience with the removal and installation of all types of roof systems.
- Proficiency in the installation of low sloped roof systems including TPO BUR modified bitumen and EPDM.
- Expertise in roof maintenance and repairs.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Education:

Additional Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
