EV.Careers is currently seeking a fulltime Electrical Foreman for one of our partners that is a leading provider of Electric Vehicle infrastructure engineering and construction services specializing in Level 2 and Level 3 fastcharging station installations. In this position you will provide leadership for electrical installation teams manage construction quality and budgets and ensure project compliance while overseeing multiple commercial electrical projects. This role includes a takehome work vehicle gas card and tools.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate daily field operations across multiple electrical construction projects
Establish and maintain a safetyfocused culture ensuring daily safety meetings and JHA completion
Plan and manage manpower to meet project schedules and productivity goals
Provide technical guidance and leadership to electrical installation teams
Coordinate subcontractor activities and maintain strong customer relations
Submit daily construction reports and maintain project documentation
Operate specialized equipment including forklifts skid loaders wire/cable tuggers and hydraulic benders
Manage material ordering and equipment requirements
58 years minimum experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial projects
Current State of California General Electrician certification or Journeyman License
Graduation from a DIRrecognized apprenticeship program
Strong knowledge of California Electric Code and National Electric Code
Experience with installation of main service boards transformers and load centers and working around live circuits.
Experience with power utilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Experience leading and mentoring electrician/apprentice installation teams
Proven ability to preplan projects and deliver them on time within budget.
Skilled in blueprint reading construction scheduling and material estimating
Experience using wire/cable tugger hydraulic bender conduit threading machine and exothermic welding devices
Experience working with AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) on inspections.

High School Diploma G.E.D. or equivalent
Ability to work at heights up to 50 using various access equipment

Ability to travel outside SF area with flexibility to work different site locations and shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 30Hour certification
