Position Overview
As a Handyman at Zephyrus Engineering Limited youll play a crucial role in maintaining the safety functionality and appearance of our facilities. This position calls for an experienced professional skilled in multiple trades including electrical plumbing HVAC and general repairs. Youll be responsible for conducting inspections identifying repair needs and executing maintenance tasks to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
Routine Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify any repair or maintenance needs. Address issues promptly to avoid disruptions in operations.
Repair & Troubleshooting: Handle minor electrical plumbing and HVAC issues fix broken furniture or equipment and perform carpentry tasks as needed. Troubleshoot problems and initiate repairs to ensure functionality and safety.
Fixture Assembly & Installation: Assemble install and secure fixtures such as shelves cabinets and curtains as per facility requirements.
Equipment & Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and tools ensuring that stocks are replenished as needed for smooth operations.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines rigorously to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others. Adhere to all safety regulations using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and monitor work to ensure it meets Zephyrus standards.
Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of inspections repairs and maintenance tasks. Submit reports on repairs performed and items needing attention.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role with handson skills in electrical plumbing HVAC and general facility maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Knowledge of basic carpentry and construction techniques.
Familiarity with safety protocols in maintenance and repair.
Physical Requirements:
Physical dexterity and ability to perform tasks involving lifting bending or other physical activity.
Comfortable working in various facility environments and occasionally adapting to oncall needs.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to work professionally with staff vendors and clients.
Excellent timemanagement and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure prioritizing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
