Job Description
Perform general home repairs including plumbing electrical and carpentry.
Paint plaster and patch walls as well as repair damaged drywalls.
Repair and maintain household appliances and fixtures.
Maintain outdoor areas including deck repairs and gutter cleaning.
Ensure all tools and equipment are in working condition and stored properly.
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy.
Work with other team members and provide assistance if needed.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of plumbing electrical systems carpentry and other trades.
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment safely.
Able to work with and use mobile apps on a daily basis.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Good physical condition and ability to lift/move heavy objects if necessary.
Good English skills.
Preferred to have own car.
