We are looking for someone who can lead the solution of various challenges that will arise within our development organization.
Expected Role
In this position you will join the development team as an Engineering Manager leading the development of an AI product that evolves day by day. You will manage the engineering team design the organization and formulate strategies to build a highlevel passionate engineering organization capable of tackling product development with a strong technical focus.

You will focus on enhancing scalable business technological strength and organizational capabilities to become a globally competitive company.
To strategically grow and develop the engineering organization from a technical perspective you will lead the discovery and resolution of challenges related to the technology strategy.
Specific Responsibilities
- Engineering Organization Strategy Design:
- Build a professional engineering organization capable of executing highlevel product development.
- Team Management:
- As the manager of the engineering team you will handle member development motivation management goalsetting and ensure psychological safety.
- Engineering Recruitment & Development:
- Engineering recruitment and development are key missions. Additionally you will design systems to ensure longterm success for top engineers.
- System Architecture Design:
- Design system architecture considering QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) optimization.
- Development Process Improvement:
- Establish systems to enhance productivity such as promoting development rules agile methodologies and CI/CD design.
- Coding and Code Review:
- Conduct coding and code reviews for the technical growth of team members.

- At least 5 years of practical experience in a technical role.
- Experience leading an engineering organization as an Engineering Manager (with 5 or more engineers).
- Proficiency in JavaScript React and other web technologies.
- Expertise in at least one backend language (such as Python Java).
