Company Overview:
Founded in April 2023 we specialize in developing B2B SaaS solutions leveraging Generative AI. In just one year since the service launch the company has received extensive support from various businesses and has grown from a team of 10 to around 70 members with the development team now comprising over 50 diverse global talents.
Due to the increasing complexity of client requests we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to coordinate negotiate and drive development plans and project execution to meet diverse customer needs.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager you will swiftly take ownership of PFM for various development projects.
Specific Responsibilities
- Conducting sales hearings and securing new projects
- Planning proposing and defining requirements (collaborating with Engineering Managers for development effort and progress management)
- Understanding existing product specifications
- Gathering and understanding business team requests
- Preparing PRDs and requirements documentation
- Driving project progress
- Preparing internal reports
- Managing client negotiations (in coordination with the sales team)
- Conducting customer interviews to validate productmarket fit

Minimum Requirements

- 3 years of experience leading a software development team as a project manager
- 3 years of experience in client negotiations and requirements definition
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage and drive teams
- Decisionmaking skills based on data analysis
- Japanese (Fluent): Able to conduct highcontext discussions about product development in Japanese without misunderstandings
Preferred Requirements
- PMP IPA
- Generatve AI Transformer
- English
- PMP or IPA Project Manager certification
- Experience in consulting or business development
- Handson experience with a programming language
- Knowledge and understanding of Generative AI and Transformer technologies
