Job Description

Australian Citizens residing in Australia only respond. Must be able to obtain Baseline.

Essential criteria

1) Technical (D365/PowerApps): Demonstrated (minimum 6 years) experience in the following: a) Developing and configuring D365/Power Apps Modules. b) Developing/configuring external data source connectors/integrations into D365. Configuring CRM workflows Plugins and Cloud Flows. c) Create dashboards from documented User Stories/requirements! d) Configuring CRM Dashboards for various business consumers e) Experience with Azure tools such as: KeyVault Appinsights and App Services API management.

2. 2) Comprehensive understanding of D365s security model including security roles fieldlevel security teambased security and hierarchybased security. Developing CRM Security models access controls and role permissions field permissions and Data migrations into CRM including scripts and data migration tools.

3. 3) Technical (ancillary): Demonstrated (minimum 6 years) experience in the following: a) Experience with Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus for creating cloudnative applications integrated with D365. b) Experience in Dataverse API integration and Power Automate flows & background workflow plugins ASP.Net .Net framework and C# development. c) Managing source control builds and deployments using Azure DevOps Tracking and managing tasks in Azure DevOps SharePoint online d) Demonstrated experience with Azure OpenAI Service.

4. 4) Cultural fit: Ability to work in a fast paced agile environment. Ability to clearly articulate progress and work item status against agreed deadlines. Ability to pragmatically change direction and scope as new information is identified. Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams Ability to work with technical and nontechnical staff. Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams skill development by sharing knowledge and best practices. Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms for stakeholders and endusers.
