Job Description
Our Client provides expert environmental and emergency response services specializing in spill containment hazardous waste management and industrial cleaning. Serving industries like manufacturing petrochemical and mining They ensure safe compliant and ecofriendly solutions with a focus on regulatory standards and sustainability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- To generate a sales pipeline and discuss weekly
- Expedite the resolution of problems and complaints through the required processes ensuring brokers are satisfied with the service.
- Prioritize the targeted client list to achieve agreed sales within the agreed timelines.
- Supply management with sales daily report.
- Supply management with sales weekly report.
- Make minimum call requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Sales and customer liaison experience is an advantage.
- Highly proficient in computer skills including Word Excel PowerPoint and email applications.
- Exemplary customer service skills and telephone manners including the ability to identify needs provide prompt responses and exercise patience respect and professionalism in all interactions.
- Skill in independently prioritizing planning and coordinating organizing leading and monitoring multiple organizational tasks of a complex nature simultaneously and quickly adapting to changes in time frames.
