Job Description
We are working with a tech company and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for AI/ML Researcher to join their Singapore team.
The package is competitive at SGD/ year (excluding bonus).
Were hiring an AI Researcher with expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to build generative AI/ML solutions using TensorFlow and PyTorch. Key focus areas include computer vision NLP audio analytics and large vision language models (LVLM).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct AI/ML research focusing on NLP computer vision and generative AI.
- Design and optimize supervised semisupervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with engineers to apply research in realworld applications.
- Document research and participate in knowledgesharing sessions.
Requirements:
- Masters/PhD in Computer Science or related field.
- 24 years R&D experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Computer vision
- Natural language processing (LLM core components: joint entity relation information retrieval prompt engineering reasoning sentiment analysis guardrails)
- Generative AI (e.g. synthetic data generation)
- Audio analytics
- Large vision language models (LVLM)
- Embodied AI
- Proficiency in Python/C TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong analytical skills and good communication.
